Here’s a few little things we can all do to love ourselves more and give us back our self confidence after a rough time!!
1) Write a list of all your good qualities, whatever they may be and put it up somewhere where you know you’ll see it every day. Read the list at least twice or three times every day until you believe all the things it says on there and realise just how beautiful and amazing you are!
2) Add new qualities to your list whenever you can think of any! Accept the compliments you get from those who love you instead of dismissing them and doubting yourself! This isn’t arrogance or being rude - it’s seeing yourself for who you really are :) Self confidence is all about the way we perceive ourselves, lovelies!!
3) If anyone tries to bring you down, keep the list of qualities inside your head and give yourself some positive self-talk! Remember just how incredible you are and repeat the things you know about yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you differently! Believe in yourself ♥
4) Keep your inner voice positive, whatever happens! If you’re feeling down, don’t let doubts take over and bring you down even more! Be positive and cheer yourself up :) You are a beautiful, amazing, talented person and you should feel that way at all times! ♥
Remember, self confidence is all about positivity!! With negative thoughts and doubts you won’t be able to get the confidence you need! Ignore people who try to get you down. Tell yourself that you are NOT worthless and that in NO WAY do you deserve to be treated like that!
